Problem with update

When I like to make an update, I get a
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_LNUMBER in modules/ecommerce/updates.inc on line 106

The wrong line is:

$ret[] = update_sql('ALTER TABLE {ec_address} CHANGE country country CHAR(2) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0'');

and the good is (i think):

$ret[] = update_sql('ALTER TABLE {ec_address} CHANGE country country CHAR(2) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0');
