Order of Address Book Fields

The order of the address book fields is a bit out of sequence. I realize you are setting country, then loading fields. I would suggest this reordering:

1) Country (perhaps with a description of why it is first, or with a fieldset around it )
2) First Name
3) Last Name
4) Address 1
5) Address 2
6) City
7) State
8) Zip
9) Phone
