Problem/Motivation

I'm looking for a way to format HTML mails using a custom theme.

Steps to reproduce

The current various (8.x-1.9) cannot be installed using composer.

Proposed resolution

Please make this module fully D8/9 compatible.

This Patch will let you install the module in D8 & D9, I still have doubts about its working in D8, D9
