This is an integration with the United States' Code of Federal Regulations, via the US National Archive APIs available at https://ecfr.federalregister.gov/developers/documentation/api/v1
From the eCFR website:
The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) jointly administer the FederalRegister.gov website. We developed this website to make it easier for citizens and communities to understand the regulatory process and to participate in Government decision-making.
Note that there is also an integration with the US CFR via the GovInfo module, however, the data available via that platform is only updated once per year for each section of the CFR, while the National Archives' eCFR is updated daily.
