Please update one patch:
* https://www.drupal.org/node/1270742#comment-8017817 : Context for field translations

And add one patch:
* https://www.drupal.org/node/2662740#comment-10822850 : User permissions are featurized double

And recreate all features after the patches.. :) > drush fua

Here is a new patch.

* There is no update for #1270742: Context support for translatables
* removed PHP7 patch because it is included in the duplicate issue #2288395: Manage Features page empty in PHP 7
* added user permission patch #2662740: User permissions are featurized double, if piping to it, because it misses the component-to-dependency check

Recreating features is noted.
