I began setting up my dev environment on my local machine at the path /drupal/cu/. I checked out cu_drupal_base which includes cores and distros and then attempted to dslm-new --latest cu.

This correctly created the /drupal/cu/cu/ directory and symlinked the files, however, it appears that relpath in dslm/lib/dslm.class.php fell apart and incorrectly created the symlinks to drupal_base/[etc] instead of ../cu_drupal_base/[etc].

Simply changing my target directly to something other than "cu" worked just fine, but eventually I'll want to dive in to relpath to figure out where it's getting confused.

The relpath method has been replaced in master. I think we need some more refactoring, but it's better with comparing the common path elements than the previous method was.
