Suggestions for empty search results are not correctly translated

Using the search submodule of display search, the suggestions for empty search results are not translated into german. Instead, the english suggestions are displayed:

• Check if your spelling is correct.
• Remove quotes around phrases to search for each word individually. bike shed will often show more results than "bike shed".
• Consider loosening your query with OR. bike OR shed will often show more results than bike shed.

Therefore, I suggest the following change in ds_search.module ( line 67 )
