What is your config ? (OS, http server, php version, curl version, oauth version)
I will try to reproduce it.

pbuyle commentedI've the same issue, using Services 7.x-3.7 and OAuth 3.2.
Edit: This may be related to #991416: Module cannot be enabled (WSOD upon enabling), I'm using PHP 5.4.

fengtanok. Tested with PHP 5.3 and 5.4, seems to work. No clue.
Maybe generate a new key.
As a workaround you may disable authentication but I would not recommend that if your server can be reached from the web:
* On admin/structure/services/list/drushweb, uncheck OAuth Authentication
* Grant perm 'oauth register consumers in drushweb' to Anonymous
