Everytime I run a drush up module_name the module updates but it ends with the below errors. drush status is below as well.
Code updates will be made to the following projects: Media: YouTube [media_youtube-7.x-2.0-rc5]
Note: A backup of your project will be stored to backups directory if it is not managed by a supported version control system.
Note: If you have made any modifications to any file that belongs to one of these projects, you will have to migrate those modifications after updating.
Do you really want to continue with the update process? (y/n): y
Project media_youtube was updated successfully. Installed version is now 7.x-2.0-rc5.
Backups were saved into the directory [ok]
/root/drush-backups/modules/media_youtube.

1kenthomas commentedPossible duplicate of https://www.drupal.org/node/1815906
Is this specific to Drush Search & Replace, or should it be moved to Drush's queue?

cafuego commentedThis looks to be a drush issue, moving it to the drush queue (though I'm pretty sure drush support happens only via github these days).
I think the problem is that you have drush installed as a module in your drupal code tree, as well as globally in the operating system. The fix would be to delete drush from sites/all/modules/drush.
