I noticed in another issue that webchick mentioned the 2-clause license isn't compatible, but I think she meant the 4-clause license. 2-clause is the most liberal and also called the FreeBSD license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#FreeBSD

I just want to re-open this to say that it appears this is not the 2 clause nor the 4 clause, it's the 3 clause or "Modified BSD License" http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ModifiedBSD

It is compatible with the GPL so it was OK to create the node for it, but I'm re-opening this to say: let's watch really closely what we're doing here!

There's no need to rush. Let's leave things in RTBC for a day or so before taking action.

And to confuse things even more on their github account it's licensed apache 2.0. All GPL compatible but really?

Having multiple licenses isn't a huge surprise (mozilla does it) but they should at least be consistent in what they claim they are.

Yes, sorry about muddying the waters. 2-clause BSD is fine, 3-clause BSD is fine. It's the 4-clause BSD that's not fine, and I think it's a legacy license that's not really used anymore.
