Drupal Security team group is not listed in G.D.O groups list

Problem/Motivation

When visiting https://git.drupalcode.org/dashboard/groups the Drupal security team group(https://git.drupalcode.org/security) is not listed.

This makes it hard to determine what security issues they have open that may require attention. This increases the likelihood a security issue will not be responded to in a timely manner.

Steps to reproduce

Be added to a security issue
Visit https://git.drupalcode.org/dashboard/groups
Observe that the Drupal security team group is not listed
Navigate to https://git.drupalcode.org/groups/security/
Observe list of projects/issues available includes your security issues

Proposed resolution

Make the Drupal Security team group visible.
Consider integrating the "Your Security Issues" widget with G.D.O. via API calls.
