Attempting to change my notification email for git.drupalcode.org groups results in redirect to my Drupal.org profile and setting never saved

Problem/Motivation

I cannot change any of my group notification email settings on https://git.drupalcode.org/-/profile/notifications without being redirected to my Drupal.org profile, and the settings never get saved.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure I am logged in on git.drupalcode.org
2. Navigate to https://git.drupalcode.org/-/profile/notifications
3. Attempt to change one of the group notification emails (not the global notification email):
   
4. Observe that changing these redirects to your Drupal.org profile.
