Upcoming events view doesn't always show events chronologically

For DrupalCampNJ 2026:

Appears as expected (last in the list as of now)

https://www.drupal.org/community/events/upcoming-events?title=&field_eve...
Appears before some 2025 events

Only difference between the two pages is whether "DrupalCon" is checked (in addition to "DrupalCamp").
