Organisation logo display on user profile should have alt text

I've been trying to fix the parsing script that powers the companies page on Drupalcores. The company organisation logo used to have a title attribute on it, which the script used to grab the name of the current company the user worked for.

This is gone, but I noticed that there is no alt text when there should be. It would be great to add this.
