Trying to install the module on Drupal 8.6.2 but:

$ drush dl drupalmoduleupgrader

complains that dl has been deprecated. Says to use Composer, so:

$ composer require drupal/drupalmoduleupgrader

bombs with:

[InvalidArgumentException]
Could not find a matching version of package drupal/drupalmoduleupgrader. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that
the package is available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (stable).

Tried:

$ composer require 'drupal/drupalmoduleupgrader:^1.3'

which results in the same error.

Any advice?

I seem to have run the composer command from the home directory instead of the project one (~/public_html). Ran it from the project directory and the module installed.
