When we demoed this today for OCTO, there was confusion about DMU\Module and why that repeats some stuff in other folders (e.g. FunctionPlacement.php vs. the FunctionReplacement/ folder).

Can't use "Global" since it's a reserved word, maybe "ModuleWide"?
