Here are some initial files for a wiki using Drupal 6.x.

This includes the profile and the make file. The only thing I think you need to do after installing is to create a wiki input format.

I'd love to continue working on this, so please let me know your thoughts/issues.

Thanks for the patch! I've committed it to the DRUPAL-6--1 branch in CVS as a starting point, and have created a release to go with it. If you apply for a CVS account, I'd be happy to grant you CVS commit access to this profile (it's been rather unmaintained by me).
