Nice module. I know this module is still in its dev stage, but I just want to point out the issue I have with the msgs part of the module.
On the admin/drupal_tweaks/msgs page, whenever I enable the "Activate message rules" checkbox, the module disables status messages from all roles. I believe that if u leave the "Log rules for status message"s textarea blank, it means you dont want any status messages to be logged. This is how I understand the module. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I also found out that when you disable "Activate message rules" checkbox, all error, warning and status messages refuse to be displayed, unless you disable the drupal tweak module.
These are my own observations.

kenorb commentedYes, it should not log any messages if you leave textarea blank.
It will be fixed soon.
Also I'll check this second issue.
Thank for reporting.
kenorb commentedI've tested textboxes with no any text, with space, with only enter and all messages showing normally.
Please re-try after clearing the cache.
If you have older version: http://drupal.org/project/msg2log - Please remove it.
Or check if you have latest drupal_tweaks version.

kenorb commentedHow it disappears?
Can you raise the new support issue with description of the problem?
What's the message, where it disappears, and if you are logged as an admin.
