Multisite setup, any special considerations?

Hi,

Congrats to the creators & maintainers. This is a great module that deserves more publicity. I've used it to solve a RSOE (red screen of errors) by tweaking the Default wait_timeout value of a MySQL database.

QUESTION: If Drupal tweaks is installed on a multisite setup (many websites running on the same codebase) are there any special considerations, dos & don'ts, rules or best practices?

In other words:
- can I tweak just one website?
- Should I replicate a DB tweak such as mentioned above to all sites?
- etc.
