The AI commands "Reformat HTML" and "Summarize" should be disabled in favor if "Modify with a prompt".

Users can ask to reformat HTML or summarize using "Modify with a prompt". And they can ask for all kinds of other modifications like "Convert to ordered list", "Add links to the correct sources", "Simplify reading level", "Fix spelling", "Improve wording", "Improve text flow", etc.

Modify with Prompt is disabled
Reformat HTML and Summarize are disabled
