The long wall-of-text introductions have been removed from the top of most admin pages; however, the taxonomy page still has a wall of text. This information has been removed in this patch. Administrators should use the admin help page for taxonomy if they need additional information.

Works for me. Taxonomy help page itself is going to need an update once the field conversion is done.

Fully agree with simply removing this. But, best not point to specific places on the page. So, I removed the 'Use the list below to ' part.

We overlooked an earlier issue that was working on improving/shortening this text. Oh well, what we did here was better anyway :-)
