cache.cid has incorrect values

Cache enabled, appears on both mysql and postgresql.
I've just noticed that cache table has cid == 'http://localhost/dt/d/dt/d/', while it should be 'http://localhost/dt/d/'. Another example is 'http://localhost/dt/d/dt/d/?q=node/1'.
