Problem/Motivation

I am trying to update my Drupal to 11.4.11. Content view is not showing properly after delete.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view to show Content. Go to /admin/content and delete any content, you will see content removed but author information remains. When I clear cache it removes from the empty row only with author name from Content screen.

When I make Caching from tag based to none, it works.

I just updated a site from 11.4.10 to 11.4.11, then went to admin/content. I filtered for a content type with one 1 piece of content and deleted it. The view correctly showed, 'No content available' with the author field empty.

Perhaps there is contrib or custom code causing this?

If you notice my content page is a View and it is not a default content page.
It has something to do with Cache and also problem occurs when you delete as highlighted in my latest screenshot.

When I did more digging, I found below:

When I delete a node, it's cache tag is not getting purged.

Hence all views using Caching as Tag giving error, when after deleting a content, if I purge it using drush, issue solved.

vendor/bin/drush cache:tag node:

What is it that changed, which is not deleting tag cache for given node.

That sounds like it has nothing to do with the View, but something in your caching setup (since when the tag gets cleared through drush the View updates correctly).

Can you reproduce this on a clean Drupal install, and if so can you provide the sets you followed. Because like @quiteone, I can't reproduce this issue on a clean install.

The content page is normally a View.
