There are quite a few open 'should/nice to haves' on the meta issue but we have 2.5 months to fix more of those. And there is a very large number of fixed issues on the meta that were either should haves or blockers and are now resolved. We'll get a lot of testing of this during beta hopefully which might flag issues we didn't find yet but should hopefully make things even more confidently stable prior to 12.0.0/11.5.0

We'll need to backport this to 11.x to before 11.5.0-beta1 but realised at least #3618140: Improve the accessibility of focus outlines needs to be backported first. So moving to 'to be ported' although probably it's just going to be a cherry-pick.
