We need documentation for the new Admin theme.

The documentation should instruct module maintainers (and AI agents) how to make their modules' UIs compatible with the new theme (and dark mode)

@mherchel the documentation is amazing. Contributors will love this. And it's probably the first time, that there is a fact sheet that tells them everything.

I'm wondering if there should eventually be an additional chapter about sub-theming?
