Remove any gin namespacing from CSS classes, including CSS selectors used in PHP and template files.

Problem/Motivation

The default admin theme is forked from the Gin contrib theme, and still has some gin- namespaces in various

• CSS classes
• attributes
• selectors
• local storage strings
• JS variables
• etc.

Proposed resolution

Rename them to admin- or default-admin-. We can discuss in this issue.
