When We Upgrade Drupal 11.3.2 to Drupal 11.3.8 Then run drush updb then its update some Ckeditors things

then we getting this error attached Screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

In Drupal 11.3.2, we added an embedded iframe in the CKEditor Body (Full HTML) field, and the iframe displayed correctly. However, after upgrading from Drupal 11.3.2 to Drupal 11.3.8, when adding the node again in the newer version, the embedded iframe started showing an error.
