Problem/Motivation:
Wim Leers (wim leers) has confirmed they no longer wish to continue as a maintainer for the CKEditor 5, Editor, JSON:API, and REST modules.

Proposed resolution:
Remove Wim Leers’ name and contact details from the MAINTAINERS.txt entries for CKEditor 5, Editor, JSON:API, and REST.

Remaining tasks:

  • Commit the update to MAINTAINERS.txt
  • Notify the Core Committers Slack channel when merged

No UI/API/Data model changes.

Committed to all supported branches, except security only. The only admin work here was to update the past maintainers page, which I have done.
