Problem/Motivation

Taxonomy Bug - the exact same taxonomy term can appear multiple times in the same field of an Content Item/entity.

Steps to reproduce

Edit the Content Item, Try to enter the same taxonomy term multiple times at the same Taxonomy-Field form, and preview/save the content. (attached photo of bug example)

The expected result is that : the same/identical taxo term can only appear once in one Taxonomy-Field of a Content Item. (however if there are more than one Taxo-field in one Content Items, then it should be allowed. )
