Can't create a custom block due to title field [#3300805]

Problem/Motivation

When I try to create a custom block using Layout Builder, I am not able to type in the Title field and I get the error "Title field is required. "

Steps to reproduce

* Enter layout builder
* Add section
* Add block
* Select Create Custom Block
* Attempt to click into the TItle field. Unable. Grayed out.
* Fill out the remaining fields.
* Click Add Block button. Get "Title field is required" Error.

Update: I think the issue is in Radix or Bootstrap 5 and I am investigating.

The issue WAS with the theme (and possibly my color choices and CSS). The Title field turned black with no outline (so basically invisible) and the field description (under the field) gets a white background, gray text, with an outline. See the image I attached. The description text looks just like a disabled text field or a text field with a placeholder text. Confusing.
