Problem/Motivation

Views page route parameters (like % or %node, etc. in custom urls like publication/type/% or node/%node/related) which worked fine in the previous 9.3.16 version throw the following error after an update to Drupal 9.4. All previously created custom view paths are affected.

Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\MissingMandatoryParametersException: Some mandatory parameters are missing ("arg_0") to generate a URL for route "view.publication.page_3". in Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator->doGenerate() (line 181 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/UrlGenerator.php).

Can you share any information about how to reproduce this?

That's maybe a silly question. I guess you're saying that any View route parameters are broken here.

I can't reproduce this with a fresh install. The taxonomy term view provided with core uses taxonomy/term/% as the default path, and this works fine. It also works if I change the path to taxonomy/term/%taxonomy_term or test/% or test/%test even.

Is this when a link to the view itself is generated? If so where is that being generated/displayed?

Interesting. I am marking this as needing more steps to reproduce.

Looks like it wasn't Drupal 9.4 but Custom breadcrumbs module ("Last crumb with link" setting) which broke the site as reported above. Sorry guys!

Can confirm I experienced the same problem in multiple scenarios but it went away after uninstalling custom breadcrumbs
