We spent most of our time discussing the first issue, including related issues such as #2883755: Introduce a submit confirmation step modal to Form API for usability. We decided to take a broader approach to the problem and open a new issue in the "ideas" queue: #3251513: [meta] Update the user-edit pages.

NR and RTBC issues marked Needs usability review.

The recording is now public.

It takes some time for YouTube to process the video after I trim the first few minutes. I keep the video private until that is done. I usually post the link before it is done, and hope that I make the video public before anyone notices. This time, I got distracted.
