When Olivero will be the default front-end theme ?

Problem/Motivation

Hello ! I'know that you don't like this type of question, but i'd like to know the plans because i'm writting a book about Drupal (I've already write two books about Drupal 7 (https://framabook.org/atelier-drupal-7-creer-un-site-web-avec-un-cms-pas...) and Drupal 6).
So, i've start ith taking screenshot on Bartik, but, if Olivero is the default theme on Drupal 9.3, it could be better for me to take screenshot with this new theme (and make a small notes for people that are using Drupal 9.2 and prior versions).
Thanks for your good work...
