We released a new version for @drupal/once #3211615: Release once v1.0.1 (mainly to fix #3204168: Error when context.querySelector() doesn't find an element on the page)

It would be best to have it updated before the 9.2 release.

+1 to backporting this, we may have an rc2 due to another dependency update anyway, also the patch release would be OK to update within a patch release too.
