Follow up #3130147: Fix inconsistent indention of run_tests.simpletest in drupalci.yml,

Proposed resolution

  1. Converting existed simpletests if there any, to corresponding phpunit tests and remove them
  2. Remove run_tests.simpletest step in drupalci.yml
