I have Restfull webservices and serialization module activated.
After upgrade to Drupal 8.5, If I create a new view of content, active check "provide a rest service" and go to relative url to test it, I receive always the error "A client error happened".
With the previous version of Drupal it worked without problems!
It seems that now the response is always an "html format": no json returns anymore.

I'm having the same issue, getting this error message : No route found for the specified format html.

What I see is that the HTML error on response is "406 not acceptable", on headers there's "content-type: text/html" (?) and the body contains html code.
With Drupal 8.4.5 the response on headers have "content-type: application/json" and the body correctly contains json data

I have updated the drupal core to 8.5.4 and I am getting the "Client error A client error happened" on rest export view page. Even I am unable to GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE operations in REST client.

Can anyone suggest me how to fix this error?
