I'm updating Drupal Core from 7.37 to 7.38 in a windows environment. I followed the Update Drupal Core instructions, and when I got to step 10 I couldn't access my site, 500 error. I also couldn't go to update.php either. Anyone else try the update on windows?

Can you pull your server logs and see what the error is

Silly me, I hadn't copied my database include back in for SQL. I got to step 11 and went to update.php, but am told there are no pending updates, and in status report Drupal core is now 7.38. Does that mean there aren't any database updates and I'm good to go?
