Problem/Motivation

For some reason when we added maintainers for the migrate component we never added any for the migrate and migrate_drupal modules.

Since migrate has gone into core ultimike has been actively involved in core migrate.

Proposed resolution

  • Adds maintainers for the migrate and migrate_drupal modules.
  • Adds ultimike as a maintainer.
  • Suggests that we remove claudi.cristea. He's not been involved in migrate in core for quite some time. I'm going to send him an email to comment here.

I'm sorry that I didn't had time to contribute to migrate last months. Looks like a right decision.
