hook_help for the image module is not consistent with other modules as it is still using D7- url() method, using '@' instead of '!' and wrong path for drupal.org.

submitted the patch for the same.

Joshi: The correct way to add this to the Help meta issue is to set the Parent field in "Issue summary and relationships".

Oh, actually we already had an issue for the Image module, which hasn't yet been resolved:

Let's just use that issue, not create a new one please.
