The site I am working on has become extremely slow to load after upgrading to Drupal 7.24, it takes approximately 15 seconds to load the front page now.

It was fast and normal before then with version 7.22.

Tried playing with the performance setting but no luck. Also disabled some models and used webmaster tracking tools to isolate the problem to but I am still having website speed issues.

I am having a similar issue. CPU Percentage for past month was less than 50%, since update it has spiked to over 80%.

I have updated several sites to 7.24 and have not experienced this slowdown.
