Given there are so many Drupal developers who have had children during 2012 that were named Oliver, I propose that the first beta release of D8 should be named "Project Oliver".

I'm fine with Beta #1 to be code named 'Oliver'. I suggested we mainly use this name 'internally' (vs publicly).
