Vocabularies in comments

Hello,

I think it could be a good idea if comments can be associated with a vocabulary from taxonomy like stories.

I'm migrating from scoop and I've found that I've lost the functionality of have two kind of comments: Editorial and Topical. This could be easily implemented simply if a vocabulary could be used on comments.
