I use Dreamhost with Remove WWW.
I try site1.com, sub1.site1.com, sub2.site1.com, site2.com, site3.com.
Install sub1.site1.com. It's work.
Install site1.com. It's work.
site2.com and site3.com use same database with site1.com, correct sites.php. It's work.
Install sub2.site1.com. It's not work. It's always redirect to site1.com I try edit sites.php to tell sub2.site1.com redirect to itself, it's not work too.
But when I move directory site1.com to temp and install sub2.site1.com. It's work.

Your bug report doesn't make any sense.
Can you explain it in understandable steps.
