Port Revision Tags to Drupal 6

Port the Revision Tags module to Drupal 6 (issue).

This would include:

1. Port the module to Drupal 6
2. Post a correct patch in the issue
3. Communicate with whoever necessary to have it committed to the Drupal CVS
4. Ensure there is an official Drupal 6 release of the module
