A number of years ago we tried to get an MLS system set up using drealty, but couldn't get it working so we went with Open Realty and Transparent RETS. We've had pretty good luck with that, though we kept using drealty to handle agents and offices, which the Transparent RETS doesn't handle. Our MLS provider is switching sources so it looks like we're going to have to redo our whole thing, so we're looking at drealty again. We would soooo like to do this in Drupal.

My question is this -- am I going to be able to filter my imports based on whether or not it's a timeshare? My client is in a ski area and he doesn't represent timeshares, which constitute a big part of the listings. On our current system we're able to add TimeshareFractionalOwn=|N to the sort. Looks like on the Paragon system we're moving to, the field is LM_char10_33 and there is no standard name. Am I likely to be able to filter by that?

Thanks for your help!

@HallSL, Does the new system support standard DQML? If so, you should be able to query for only the specific properties you'd like imported.
