x3appdev commentedYou run the rets-import command from drush to manually import and update the listings. If you want it automated, you have to set up a cron job on your server. The cron job runs the drush rets-import command however often you configure it for. See this link for instructions and examples.

rahullamkhade commentedI have one doubt here,
When I run it manually it adds duplicate listings i.e if I have 1000 listing then on running rets-update it makes 2000 listings.
Issue : https://www.drupal.org/node/1553380
So my question is when I set cron job it will add duplicates as hash not set to zero.

shauntyndall commentedIf you are seeing duplicates imported during an update it would most likely be because the Id Field or Key Field aren't appropriately set in the resource class configuration. Review your configuration as I don't believe #1553380: Update All Listings Without Flushing to be relevant in this case. Also, be sure you are testing with the latest dev version.
