I have a table view that will not let me drag and drop the items. I can see the classes on the rows toggle between states ("drag", "drag-previous", etc) and they all have draggable. When I try to actually drag them, nothing will move, all rows stay put. This prevents me from being able to sort any rows, as the row weights do not work either (although I'm looking into a separate patch I found for that).

There are no errors being output to the console and I'm having trouble grasping at what/where/how to debug this issue. Other drag and drop areas (such as menus) within the Drupal core work fine.

I also have the same exact problem. I've attached a text file of the export of my view. If there's any other information you need please let me know. Thanks.

Sorry, I just figured out my issue and it was not related to the Draggable Views module. My issue was happening not just to draggable views but to anything I could drag and drop, such as reordering menu items. To fix this I went to Admin -> configuration -> Development -> jQuery Update (/admin/config/development/jquery_update) and for "Default jQuery Version" it was set to 1.10, but I had to downgrade it to 1.5. This made reordering draggable views and menu items work again. However it broke the ability to close out of drupal messages, such as when a user saves a node and they receive a message that the node has been saved when they're back on the node page. So to fix this issue I ultimately had to make "Default jQuery Version" set to 1.10 and "Alternate jQuery version for administrative pages" set to 1.5. Also, make sure your draggable view's path setting is set to an admin path by just putting "admin" before your path (ex. admin/my-draggable-view)

Hope this helps.

Might be related to this issue:
https://www.drupal.org/node/2821441
Newer Chrome versions and IE11/Edge cannot drag and drop anymore on desktop after 7.51 update when jQuery is updated to 1.7-1.11.0
