Order unique for each user doesn't seem to work

I'm experiencing a problem with this module. For a customer I made a view with style draggable table. The functionality the customer wished is that users can create (organic) groups (using the Organic Groups module), other users can of course join these groups. A user can be a member of multiple groups and the user sees an overview of the groups he is a member of in a block throughout the website (the first five groups are displayed), users are allowed to change the order in which they see the groups in this overview block on a special page using a 'reordering' view (based on DraggableViews of course).

The site has many users (10.000+) and we are experiencing a problem with the ordering of the groups. It seems that the ordering isn't applied unique for each user, this option is of course enabled in the 'reordering' view. When user A changes his order of a group and saves it, then user B (which is a member of the same group) sees that change as well and gets the 'structure has changed' error. When user B changes his order then user A sees this as well and so on.

I did some investigating and checked the database to see what exactly happens. I noticed that the 'draggableviews_structure_node0_value' column isn't unique for each user, I hope I can clarify this by a schema:

Now when user A changes the order of group A by placing it at the bottom, the database becomes this:

Now the ordering has changed for both users. Sometimes the draggableviews_structure_node0_value isn't exactly the same as for another user (group A for user C is 17 for example) but this value also changes when another user reorders his groups (group A for user C becomes 20 for example, this while user C didn't actually reorder them!!).

To give some more insight in the problem I included an export of the views I'm using.

Can someone help me to find the source of this problem and fix this?
