I'm using the FieldAPI for ordering.

I'm having a problem, always receive the message "The structure was broken. It has been repaired." and the order of the rows isn't saved to the fields in database.

I installed this module in another clean test install and worked fine.
Installed all the modules from my main install and still worked fine.
Copied the database from my main install and got the same error.

I used Devel and I saw that, the fields are deleted and inserted again in the same response.

Which tables does this module interact with? or which ones does the views module interact with when I use this module?

Any suggestions about how to debug this?

Any information that could get me closer to the solution will be very apreciated.

I guess your database is not broken. Draggable views is just unable to save any changes and can't repair your structure.
For that reason it tries to repair it again and again.

This is an issue for 7.x-1.x-dev, which is unsupported now. There is no problem like this in 7.x-2.x-dev or 7.x-2.0. Closing issue.
