I have contacted the developer of the Localizer module, Roberto Gerola, and offered to help him add to the documentation handbook for the module. He has accepted my offer and has asked that I also correct his English for what he has already done or may do in the future.
I would appreciate it if I could be granted handbook maintainer privileges so that I can edit the Localizer module documentation located under Home >> Customization and theming >> Contributed modules.

My apologies for the guidance to use status "active - needs more info." That was bad guidance. Fixed in the documentation. Fixing this issue.
